We are looking for a very social and strong yogi, pilates guru or reformer expert. An excellent conditioning level is important in combination with inspiring and positive energy. Someone who loves to motivate and challenge people and a natural connector. Do you recognizing the above and do you have experience with or a passion for yoga, pilates or reformer pilates? Then you might be our new Base Flow Trainer & Brand Ambassador!

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare your own excellent workout routines (within specific guidelines) in our newest yoga inspired reformer concept, based on our in-house developed Baseline machine,
  • Create your own playlists that go with different styles of classes,
  • Lead full 45-minute group classes with confidence, humor, and energy, as well as your own personal style,
  • Coach and guide people on correct technique, posture, body alignment and basic anatomy,
  • Be a fitness role model and a brand ambassador,
  • Connect with people and build a strong local community and the best possible client experience.

 

Requirements

  • You are passionate about yoga/pilates/reformer, a healthy lifestyle and want to share your passion with others,
  • You are in exceptionally good physical shape,
  • You´ are a “natural” when it comes to training and health and truly care about guiding others with your knowledge and skills,
  • You like being ‘on stage’ and to inspire others,
  • You know what it is to provide not only a challenging but also a mindful workout,
  • You are rhythmic and great with music; you love creating new flowing playlists that uplift the energy of the group,
  • You are charismatic, authentic, and positive and love to cultivate and connect people,
  • You are a team player and a community-builder; someone who is social, outgoing, and wants to connect with other people,
  • You have a hands-on mentality,
  • You are flexible within working hours and have full availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays,
  • You are fluent in English.

Plus points

  • A background in yoga, pilates or reformer pilates
  • Passionate about mindfulness and breathing
  • Experience with group based training (preferably cueing on music)
