In this full-body signature class, you’ll work through slow and dynamic movements and static strength holds as you know it from a yoga routine. Learn to move in harmony with your breath and focus on proper form and technique. You will move your body in a fluid way that takes you around the BaseLine. Prepare to stretch and strengthen your body in a way you’ve never experienced before. Slow is the new strong.
